Initially, it was a Karate DOJO, established by Mr. Krishna Prasad Kandel, in the name of “Bihunkot Karate DOJO” in 2070 BS. Until 2074, within 4 years many youths involved in Karate training in the DOJO, got opportunity to participate National & international events, and it also became able to organize several events, afterwards when more youths involved in the DOJO, we decided to form a social organization and we register this “BSSDC” in district administration office, Baglung & Social Welfare Centre Kathmandu.

Then after along with karate training, we started to train gymnastics for all, volleyball, football and other sport activities. Beside sports activities and event we organize several social welfare events and activities.

These days this is most popular organization in our district and nation too. We incorporate following organizations:

5. Women Self Defense training Centre
